Human Resources Coordinator – Taiwan

Vento Energy Support is a global service provider specializing in windpower technology. With a diverse and international team, we are committed to driving the green energy transition. We are currently looking for a dedicated and well-organized Human Resources Coordinator to join the Taiwan headquarter office and support our growing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act and other relevant HR regulations.
• Plan and implement employee training and development initiatives.
• Design and execute performance management systems.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, terminations, and special HR cases.
• Support occupational safety and health (OSH) discussions and initiatives.
• Coordinate international workforce deployment and provide related support.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and HR reports.
